ในโอกาสที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจาก สถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข (สวรส.) ร่วมกับ มูลนิธิเพื่อการพัฒนานโยบายสุขภาพระหว่างประเทศ ให้เข้าร่วมโครงการ
“พัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ด้านการวิจัยระบบและนโยบายสุขภาพ”
(Capacity Strengthening of New Generation for Health Policy and Systems Research: New Gen – HPSR)
ซึ่งถือเป็นหนึ่งในโครงการสำคัญที่มุ่งสร้างชุมชนนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านสุขภาพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
โครงการ New Gen – HPSR มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ:
• พัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ในการทำวิจัยระบบและนโยบายสุขภาพอย่างเป็นระบบ
• สร้างกลไกการติดตามกำกับและการมีพี่เลี้ยง (Mentor) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับชาติ
• เสริมทักษะด้านนโยบายสุขภาพ การวิจัยเชิงระบบ และการสื่อสารเชิงนโยบาย (GRIPP)
• เชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้กับการใช้งานจริงระดับประเทศและภูมิภาค
โดยมีกำหนดจัดอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 28–29 เมษายน 2568
ณ โรงแรมอัศวิน แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ
ซึ่งโครงการจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการเข้าร่วมอบรมครั้งนี้
การได้รับคัดเลือกในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นความภาคภูมิใจของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และเป็นเครื่องสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.บุญญาภัทร ชาติพัฒนานันท์ ในฐานะนักวิจัยที่สามารถมีบทบาทในการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพของประเทศ ผ่านการวิจัยเชิงนโยบายที่เข้มข้นและเป็นรูปธรรม
กิจกรรมนี้ยังสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) หลายด้าน ได้แก่
SDG 3: สุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี – สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพที่ครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
SDG 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ – ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการเติบโตทางวิชาชีพของนักวิจัย
SDG 10: ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ – ขับเคลื่อนความเป็นธรรมด้านสุขภาพผ่านงานวิจัย
SDG 17: ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน – สร้างเครือข่ายและความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยเชิงนโยบาย

The Research Administration Division, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) proudly congratulates
Associate Professor Dr. Boonyapat Chatpattananon, School of Nursing, MFU,
on her selection to participate in the prestigious program
“Capacity Strengthening of New Generation for Health Policy and Systems Research (New Gen – HPSR)”,
organized by the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI) in collaboration with the International Health Policy Program Foundation (IHPP).
This national initiative is designed to develop a new generation of researchers capable of producing high-quality, policy-relevant research that strengthens Thailand’s health system and promotes equity in health outcomes.
Program Objectives:
• To enhance the capacity of emerging researchers in health policy and systems research (HPSR)
• To establish an effective framework, mechanisms, and mentoring system to guide research efforts
• To build knowledge in key areas including health systems, health policy design, evidence-informed policymaking, and research translation
• To promote long-term research networks and communities of practice in health policy and systems
The training workshop will be held on April 28–29, 2025
at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok,
with all participation costs fully supported by the organizing institutions.
This remarkable selection is a testament to Associate Professor Dr. Boonyapat Chatpattananon’s academic excellence and her potential to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of health systems and policies in Thailand. Her participation brings pride to MFU and further strengthens the university’s research footprint in national policy development.
This initiative directly supports the achievement of multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:
