นักวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงคว้า Gold Medal และ NRCT Honorable Mention Award จากเวทีนวัตกรรมนานาชาติ ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ประเทศจีน

ขอแสดงความยินดีกับคณะนักวิจัยจาก ศูนย์วิจัยวัสดุนวัตกรรมเพื่อความยั่งยืน (Center of Innovative Materials for Sustainability: iMatS) สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ที่สร้างชื่อเสียงให้กับประเทศไทยด้วยการคว้ารางวัล Gold Medal และ NRCT Honorable Mention Award จากการนำเสนอผลงานนวัตกรรมในงาน The 9th China (Shanghai) International Exhibition of Inventions (CSITF 2026) ณ Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 11-13 มิถุนายน 2569

ผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล "Low-Carbon Dual-Functional Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Panels from Agricultural Waste Pulp"

(แผ่นฉนวนกันความร้อนและเสียงแบบสองฟังกชั่นคาร์บอนต่ำผลิตจากเยื่อเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตร)

ผลงานดังกล่าวเป็นนวัตกรรมวัสดุสีเขียวที่นำวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรมาแปรรูปเป็นแผ่นฉนวนประสิทธิภาพสูง สามารถทำหน้าที่ได้ทั้ง การป้องกันความร้อนและการดูดซับเสียง พร้อมทั้งช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก ลดการเผาวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตร และเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับทรัพยากรชีวภาพในประเทศ สอดคล้องกับแนวทาง เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) และ การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development)

นอกจากการได้รับ เหรียญทอง (Gold Medal) จากคณะกรรมการตัดสินนานาชาติแล้ว ผลงานยังได้รับ NRCT Honorable Mention Award จาก สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) เพื่อยกย่องผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไทยที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่น สามารถต่อยอดสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม

ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของนักวิจัยไทยในการพัฒนางานวิจัยที่ตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายของโลกยุคใหม่ และตอกย้ำบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการเป็นศูนย์กลางการสร้างองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของประเทศ

MFU Researchers Win Gold Medal and NRCT Honorable Mention Award at International Innovation Exhibition in Shanghai, China

Congratulations to our researcher team for bringing international recognition to Thailand by winning a Gold Medal and the NRCT Honorable Mention Award at The 9th China (Shanghai) International Exhibition of Inventions (CSITF 2026), held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, Shanghai, People's Republic of China during 11-13 June 2026.

Award-Winning Innovation "Low-Carbon Dual-Functional Thermal and Acoustic Insulation Panels from Agricultural Waste Pulp"

Research Team:

This innovative green-material technology transforms agricultural waste pulp into high-performance insulation panels capable of providing both excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption.The innovation contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing the open burning of agricultural residues, and increasing the value of bio-based resources. It also aligns with the principles of the Circular Economy and Sustainable Development.

In addition to receiving the Gold Medal from the international judging panel, the research team was honored with the NRCT Honorable Mention Award presented by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). The award recognizes outstanding Thai research and innovation with strong potential for commercialization and significant positive impacts on the economy, society, and the environment.

This achievement highlights the capability of Thai researchers to develop innovative solutions that address global challenges while reinforcing Mae Fah Luang University's role as a leading center for knowledge creation and sustainable innovation.
