ประกาศรับข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยเพื่อขอรับทุนอุดหนุนการวิจัยจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ประเภททุนต่อยอดสู่อุตสาหกรรม (Co-Funding) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 / Announcement of research Mae Fah Luang University grants, Co-Funding Fund Fiscal Year 2023

ด้วย มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้จัดสรรเงินทุนอุดหนุนการวิจัยจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ประเภททุนต่อยอดสู่อุตสาหกรรม (Co-Funding) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านงานวิจัยร่วมกับภาคเอกชนของนักวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมีรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดทุน ดังนี้
- ทุนสนับสนุนจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โครงการละไม่เกิน 300,000 บาท
- ทุนวิจัยร่วมจากภาคเอกชน ไม่น้อยกว่า ร้อยละ 10% ของงบประมาณสนับสนุนจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในรูปแบบ In-cash หรือ In-kind โดยต้องมีหนังสือแสดงความประสงค์ในการร่วมทุนวิจัยและนวัตกรรม
- ผลลัพธ์โครงการวิจัย ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ต้องมีความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยีระดับ 4 ขึ้นไป (TRL 4 up) ส่วนโครงการวิจัยด้านสังคมศาสตร์ และมนุษยศาสตร์ ไม่กำหนดค่าความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยี
- ผลงานวิจัยสามารถนำไปยื่นจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (เลขคำขอ)
[ โดยจะเปิดรับข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยในระหว่างวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม – 2 มิถุนายน 2565 ]
(ตามมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมและพัฒนางานวิจัย ครั้งที่ 2/2565 เมื่อวันที่ 12 เมษายน 2565) นั้น

ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัยจึงขอประชาสัมพันธ์มายังคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย ซึ่งคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนด และมีความประสงค์จัดส่งข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยเพื่อขอรับทุนฯ โดยผู้ประสงค์ขอรับทุนสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัยโปรดดำเนินการ ดังนี้
1. เอกสารประกอบการขอรับสนับสนุนทุนฯ ได้แก่
- ร่างข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยตามแบบฟอร์ม RS-01 ตามแต่ละประเภททุน (รูปแบบไฟล์ .pdf และ .docx) ซึ่งหัวหน้าโครงการวิจัย คณะผู้ร่วมวิจัย และที่ปรึกษาโครงการวิจัย (ถ้ามี) ร่วมลงนามครบถ้วน (สามารถใช้ลายเซ็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้)
- แบบฟอร์ม Checklist ข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัย ตามแต่ละประเภททุน (รูปแบบไฟล์ .pdf)
- หนังสือแสดงความประสงค์ในการร่วมทุนวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ซึ่งผ่านการลงนามรับรองจากภาคเอกชนผู้สนับสนุนทุน
** เอกสารประกอบการขอรับสนับสนุนทุน ต้องผ่านการนำเสนอ และกลั่นกรองขั้นต้นจากคณะกรรมการวิจัยประจำสำนักวิชา และลงนามครบถ้วนแล้ว
2. แนบไฟล์เอกสารประกอบการขอรับสนับสนุนทุนฯ ตามข้อที่ 1 พร้อมบันทึกข้อความนำส่ง มายังส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย ผ่านทาง MFU e-Office
3. ผู้ประสงค์ขอรับทุนสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัยต้องจัดเตรียมข้อมูลนำเสนอโครงการวิจัยในรูปแบบ Power Point ต่อคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองการทำงานวิจัยหรืองานบริการวิชาการกับภาคเอกชน ซึ่งส่วนบริหารงานวิจัยจะแจ้งวันนำเสนอในลำดับต่อไป

Mae Fah Luang University has allocated the fiscal year 2023 funding to support the research for the Co-Funding Fund to increase the potential and promote research cooperation between the private sector and Mae Fah Luang University with the following requirements:

- Scholarship from Mae Fah Luang University Not more than 300,000 baht per project.

- Joint research funding from the private sector, not less than 10% of the budget supported by Mae Fah Luang University in the form of In-cash or In-kind, with a letter of intent to jointly fund research and innovation.

- In science and technology and health sciences, technology readiness of research project results must be level 4 or higher. In social science and humanities, technology readiness does not configure.

- Research results can be submitted for intellectual property registration (request number).

In this regard, the research administration division would like to inform this opportunity for lecturers/researchers who meet the requirements and wish to submit a research project proposal to receive a scholarship. For those who wish to receive funding for research projects, please proceed.

Prepare documents for requesting grants, including:

- Research proposals drafted in RS-01 form according to grant type (.pdf and .docx file formats) signed by the research project leader, research team, and the research project advisor (if any) (E-signature is available)

- Research proposal checklist form according to each type of scholarship (file format .pdf)

- The Letter of Intent to become a co-funder of a research grant endorsed by the private sector.

** Documents must be preliminarily screened by the school’s research committee and be signed in full.

Attach all documents according to item 1 with a memorandum to the Research administration Division via the MFU e-Office.
Researchers must prepare information to present the research project in PowerPoint format to the Sub-Committee on Research Promotion and Development.
