Eligibility Criteria:
- Citizens of Thailand, Laos, or Myanmar
- Bachelor's degree in health science (e.g., medical doctor, public health, nursing, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in public health
- Able to attend all 4 modules
- Fluent in English
