The research project titled
“Phytochemical Properties of Coffee Husk (Cascara)”
aims to explore the potential of local agricultural by-products for product development and promote sustainable utilization of natural resources in Chiang Rai province.
This project contributes directly to several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:

SDG 15: Life on Land

ในโอกาสได้รับการสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัยจาก บริษัท มีวนา จำกัด
ภายใต้โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง
“การศึกษาคุณสมบัติทางพฤกษเคมีของเปลือกกาแฟ (Cascara)”
เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงรายอย่างยั่งยืน
โครงการนี้ยังสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs) ในหลายด้าน ได้แก่
SDG 12: การบริโภคและการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน (Responsible Consumption and Production)
SDG 9: อุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure)
