มฟล. ผนึกกำลังกรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ จัดกิจกรรมอบรม ยกระดับห้องปฏิบัติการสู่มาตรฐานสากล ISO/IEC 17025:2017

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ (วศ.) จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “ข้อกำหนด และการจัดทำเอกสารระบบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025:2017” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการจัดทำเอกสารคุณภาพให้กับ คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และผู้ปฏิบัติงานในห้องปฏิบัติการ

ด้วยความมอบหมายจากศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง คุณกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย จึงได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนในการเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และกล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดอบรมในครั้งนี้

กิจกรรมอบรมมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมทั้งสิ้น 54 คน จากหลากหลายสำนักวิชา และหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความตื่นตัวและความสำคัญของมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพในห้องปฏิบัติการยุคใหม่

หัวข้อการอบรมที่น่าสนใจ ได้แก่:

บทบาทระหว่างประเทศกับการรับรองห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025

การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากกรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ ได้แก่

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวยังสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่

SDG 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ – เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะ

SDG 9: อุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน – สนับสนุนความสามารถของห้องปฏิบัติการในการให้บริการ

SDG 12: การบริโภคและการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน – ส่งเสริมการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับศักยภาพของบุคลากรในภาควิชาการและการวิจัย เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานสากลอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU joins forces with the Department of Science Service to organize a training workshop aimed at elevating laboratories to meet the international ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Department of Science Service (DSS), organized a practical training workshop on “Requirements and Documentation of Quality Management Systems according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.” The objective was to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills in quality documentation among lecturer, researchers, scientists, and laboratory personnel.

By the assignment of Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, Head of the Research Administration Division, served as the representative to preside over the opening ceremony and deliver remarks on the objectives of the training program.

A total of 54 participants from various departments within the university attended the training, reflecting strong interest and recognition of the importance of quality management standards in modern laboratories.

Key training topics included:

International roles in laboratory accreditation under ISO/IEC 17025

Scope, reference documents, terms, and definitions

General and structural requirements

Documentation systems and development of quality management documentation

Preparation of manuals, operating procedures, work instructions, and test methods

The training was led by expert speakers from the Department of Science Service, including:

Ms. Pornpan Pantipamporn, Senior Professional Scientist

Ms. Wipatthra wongphayak, Senior Professional Scientist

The workshop also supported the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) , specifically:

SDG 4: Quality Education – Enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies

SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure – Strengthening laboratory service capabilities

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – Promoting safe and efficient work practices
