MFU Partners with UiTM Malaysia
International Collaboration for Sustainable Development
The Research Administration Division, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) would like to extend heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Pratsanee Nakeeree, lecturer at the School of Management, and her research team on being awarded a research grant to conduct an international collaborative research project with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia.
The collaborative project, titled
“SMEs Resilience During Unprecedented Crisis: A Study in Malaysia and Thailand”,
aims to explore the adaptability and resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in both countries. The study focuses on comparative contexts between Malaysia and Thailand, with the goal of generating academic insights and policy recommendations to foster sustainable economic and social development in the region.
This international collaboration highlights MFU’s active role in driving global research engagement and supports the University’s Strategic Plan (2022–2026), particularly in promoting high-quality research, publication in international databases, and building strong academic networks with leading institutions worldwide.
Furthermore, the project aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially:

อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาการจัดการ และคณะ ในโอกาสได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยร่วมกับ Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) ประเทศมาเลเซีย ภายใต้โครงการเรื่อง
“SMEs Resilience During Unprecedented Crisis: A Study in Malaysia and Thailand”
โครงการวิจัยดังกล่าวมุ่งศึกษาการปรับตัวและความยืดหยุ่นของผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ในประเทศไทยและมาเลเซีย โดยเน้นการเปรียบเทียบในบริบทของทั้งสองประเทศ เพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอเชิงวิชาการและแนวทางเชิงนโยบายที่สามารถนำไปสู่การส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในระดับภูมิภาค
ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทเชิงรุกของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ และสนับสนุนยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย (พ.ศ. 2565–2569) ด้านการผลิตผลงานวิจัยคุณภาพสูง การเผยแพร่ในฐานข้อมูลระดับนานาชาติ และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำในต่างประเทศ
นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ
SDG 8: การส่งเสริมการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืนและการมีงานทำที่มีคุณค่า
SDG 17: ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัยขอร่วมแสดงความชื่นชมในความมุ่งมั่นของ อาจารย์ ดร.ปรัศนีย์ ณ.คีรี และเชื่อมั่นว่าโครงการนี้จะเป็นหมุดหมายสำคัญของความร่วมมือวิจัยระหว่างประเทศที่ก่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ในเชิงวิชาการและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
