กรมวิชาการเกษตรเชิญนักวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงให้สัมภาษณ์กรณีการใช้พันธุ์พืชเพื่อการวิจัยเชิงพาณิชย์
เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 เวลา 13.00–16.00 น. ณ ห้อง E4-509 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย
กรมวิชาการเกษตรร่วมกับส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย ได้จัดกิจกรรมสัมภาษณ์นักวิจัยจากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้พันธุ์พืช ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การพิจารณาอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัติพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2518 มาตรา 52 ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การพิจารณาเป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส มีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง และสามารถนำไปสู่การจัดการทรัพยากรพันธุกรรมพืชได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมี นายอนิรุต พร้อมสุข หัวหน้าฝ่ายประเมินผล กล่าวต้อนรับคณะผู้วิจัย
ในการนี้ กรมวิชาการเกษตรได้เชิญนักวิจัยจำนวน 4 ท่าน จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เข้าร่วมให้ข้อมูลและตอบข้อซักถามในการสัมภาษณ์ เพื่ออธิบายรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำพันธุ์พืชมาใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ ได้แก่:

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จงกล สายสิงห์
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นันทวัชร เขตอุดมคีรี

การสัมภาษณ์ครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงลึกใน 3 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่
การดำเนินงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา ทดลอง หรือพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากพืช
การใช้ประโยชน์จากพันธุ์พืชพื้นเมืองและพันธุ์พืชป่า
รูปแบบและอัตราการแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์
การจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการในการส่งเสริมให้การใช้ประโยชน์จากพันธุ์พืชเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และอยู่ภายใต้กรอบการดำเนินงานที่โปร่งใสและตรวจสอบได้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักวิจัยได้แสดงบทบาทเชิงวิชาการอย่างสร้างสรรค์ พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐกับสถาบันการศึกษาในการขับเคลื่อนการใช้ทรัพยากรชีวภาพของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน 
Department of Agriculture Invites Mae Fah Luang University Researchers for an Interview on the Use of Plant Varieties for Commercial Research
On July 31, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Room E4-509, General Sampao Chusri Building (E4), Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai Province
The Department of Agriculture, in collaboration with the Research Administration Division, organized an interview session with researchers from Mae Fah Luang University to gather data and factual information related to research involving the use of plant varieties. This falls under the consideration for permission in accordance with Section 52 of the Plant Varieties Protection Act, B.E. 2518 (1975). The aim is to ensure a transparent approval process based on accurate information, thereby promoting effective management of plant genetic resources. The event was opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. Anirut Promsuk, Head of the Evaluation Division.
The Department of Agriculture invited four researchers from Mae Fah Luang University to provide information and respond to inquiries during the interview. The goal was to clarify details about their research activities related to the use of plant varieties in studies and the development of products for commercial purposes. The participating researchers were:

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuntawat Khat-udomkiri
Dr. Shisanupong Anukanon
The interview focused on collecting in-depth information on three main topics:
Research activities involving the study, experimentation, or development of products from plants
Utilization of local and wild plant varieties
Benefit-sharing models and rates
This activity is part of an ongoing effort to promote the lawful use of plant genetic resources, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in a transparent and accountable manner. It also served as a platform for researchers to showcase their academic contributions creatively while supporting cooperation between government agencies and academic institutions to sustainably advance the utilization of the country’s biological resources.
