มฟล. ผนึกกำลังกรมวิทย์ฯ จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน (Internal Audit) และแนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงระบบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025:201” ยกระดับห้องปฏิบัติการสู่มาตรฐานสากล ISO/IEC 17025:2017

ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ (วศ.) จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน (Internal Audit) และแนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงระบบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025:2017” ระหว่างวันที่ 14–15 ตุลาคม 2568 ณ ห้องคำมอกหลวง อาคาร M-Square โซน E-Park ชั้น 5 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย

กิจกรรมการอบรมได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด พร้อมด้วย คุณกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย กล่าวรายงานถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะด้านการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน และการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025:2017 ให้แก่คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และผู้ปฏิบัติงานในห้องปฏิบัติการ

การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวพรพรรณ ปานทิพย์อำพร นักวิทยาศาสตร์ชำนาญการพิเศษ จากกรมวิทยาศาสตร์บริการ เป็นวิทยากรตลอดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ

เนื้อหาการอบรมครอบคลุมทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 หลักสูตร ได้แก่

เนื้อหาประกอบด้วย

•หลักการและความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน

•การจัดทำแผนการตรวจติดตาม

•การเตรียมการตรวจติดตามและบทบาทของคณะผู้ตรวจ

•การจัดทำรายงานการตรวจติดตาม (Checklist)

พร้อมกิจกรรม Workshop การจัดทำแผนงานการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพภายใน

หลักสูตร “แนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงระบบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025:2017”

เนื้อหาประกอบด้วย

•การรายงานสิ่งที่ตรวจพบจากการตรวจติดตาม

•การเขียนรายงานและการปิดรายงานข้อบกพร่อง

•ข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความเสี่ยง

•การประเมินและจัดการความเสี่ยงในระบบคุณภาพ

พร้อมกิจกรรม Workshop การชี้บ่ง ประเมินผล และจัดการความเสี่ยง

ผู้เข้าอบรมจำนวนกว่า 47 คน จากหลายหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย สะท้อนถึงความตื่นตัวและความสำคัญของมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพในห้องปฏิบัติการยุคใหม่

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวยังสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่

SDG 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ – เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะบุคลากร

SDG 9: อุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน – ส่งเสริมศักยภาพห้องปฏิบัติการตามมาตรฐานสากล

SDG 12: การบริโภคและการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน – สนับสนุนการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ

การอบรมครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และการวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU Collaborates with the Department of Science Service to Organize a Workshop on “Internal Audit and Risk Management in Quality Systems according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017” Enhancing Laboratory Standards Towards International Excellence

The Research Administration Division, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Department of Science Service (DSS), organized a workshop on “Internal Audit and Risk Management in Quality Systems according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017” during 14–15 October 2025 at Kham Mok Luang Room, M-Square Building, E-Park Zone, 5th Floor, Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai.

The opening ceremony was honored by Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, who presided over the event. The ceremony also featured an opening report by Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, Head of the Research Administration Division, who outlined the objectives of the workshop, which aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and skills in internal quality auditing and risk management in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard for lecturers, researchers, scientists, and laboratory personnel.

The workshop was honored to have Ms. Pornpun Pantipumporn, Senior Professional Scientist from the Department of Science Service, as the instructor throughout the two-day training.

The training covered both theoretical and practical aspects, divided into two main modules as follows:

Module: Internal Audit

Topics included:

• Principles and general knowledge of internal audit

• Developing internal audit plans

• Preparation and roles of internal auditors

• Preparation of internal audit reports (Checklist)

with a Workshop on Developing Internal Audit Plans

15 October 2025

Module: Risk Management in Quality Systems according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017

Topics included:

• Reporting audit findings

• Writing audit reports and closing nonconformities

• ISO/IEC 17025 requirements related to risk management

• Risk identification, assessment, and control in quality systems

with a Workshop on Risk Identification, Evaluation, and Management

The workshop attracted 47 participants from various departments within the university, reflecting the growing awareness and importance of quality management systems in modern laboratories.

This activity also supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including:

SDG 4: Quality Education – Enhancing knowledge, skills, and competence of personnel

SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure – Strengthening laboratory capacity to meet international standards

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – Promoting safe and efficient laboratory practices

This workshop marks another significant step in strengthening the capabilities of MFU’s academic and research personnel, fostering confidence in achieving international laboratory standards sustainably.
