ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงได้จัดการนำเสนอ ข้อเสนอโครงการ “พัฒนาบุคลากรวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านความปลอดภัยทางชีวภาพ ประจำปี 2569” ต่อ สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 10.00–11.30 น. โดยมี คุณกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าโครงการ พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงาน ร่วมนำเสนอรายละเอียดของข้อเสนอโครงการต่อคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
การนำเสนอครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการผลักดันการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรด้านการวิจัยและความปลอดภัยทางชีวภาพ ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล รวมถึงเสริมสร้างระบบบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในห้องปฏิบัติการของมหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานเครือข่าย เพื่อรองรับการดำเนินงานวิจัยอย่างปลอดภัยและยั่งยืน
ภายในที่ประชุม คณะผู้จัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการได้นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดการดำเนินงาน แผนการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงแนวทางความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถาบันวิชาการ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพด้านความปลอดภัยทางชีวภาพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การนำเสนอข้อเสนอโครงการในครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการพัฒนาบุคลากรวิจัยด้านความปลอดภัยทางชีวภาพ และผลักดันการพัฒนาระบบความปลอดภัยในงานวิจัยให้มีมาตรฐานสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง
The Research Administration Division of Mae Fah Luang University presented the project proposal titled “Development of Research and Innovation Personnel in Biosafety for Fiscal Year 2026” to the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) on 14 November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The presentation was led by Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, the project leader, together with the project team, who provided an overview and key details of the proposal to the panel of experts.
This presentation aimed to advance the development of research and biosafety personnel in alignment with international standards, as well as to strengthen the safety management systems of laboratories within the university and its network partners, thereby supporting safe and sustainable research practices.
During the meeting, the project team presented the conceptual framework, the plan for conducting hands-on training workshops, and the proposed collaborative approaches with government agencies and academic institutions to enhance biosafety capacity effectively.
This project proposal presentation marks a significant step in reinforcing Mae Fah Luang University’s role in developing research personnel in biosafety and in promoting continuous improvements in research safety systems toward higher standards.
