มฟล. จัดบรรยายพิเศษเทคนิคการเขียนรายงานข้อค้นพบใหม่ และการประเมินมูลค่าผลงานวิจัย

ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายพิเศษ เรื่อง "เทคนิคการเขียนรายงานข้อค้นพบใหม่ และการประเมินมูลค่าผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ พ.ร.บ. TRIUP Act" เมื่อวันที่ 7 มกราคม 2569 เวลา 08.30–16.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมคำมอกหลวง อาคาร M Square ชั้น 5 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมีศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วย นายกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัยสถาบันวิจัยและนวัตกรรม กล่าวรายงาน

สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรมนั้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการจดแจ้งข้อค้นพบใหม่ตามพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม พ.ศ. 2564 (TRIUP Act) ให้แก่คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และบุคลากรที่สนใจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพในการจัดทำเอกสารรายงานข้อค้นพบใหม่ และเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในกระบวนการประเมินมูลค่าผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

โดยรูปแบบการบรรยาย มีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อัครวิทย์ กาญจนโอภาษ เป็นวิทยากร บรรยายในหัวข้อ "เทคนิคการเขียนรายงานข้อค้นพบใหม่ และการจัดทำแผนการใช้ประโยชน์ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม" และหัวข้อ "การประเมินมูลค่าผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ พ.ร.บ. TRIUP Act" พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมซักถามและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม

กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์จากผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการพัฒนางานวิจัยสู่การสร้างมูลค่าเชิงพาณิชย์และเกิดประโยชน์ต่อสังคมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

MFU Organizes Special Lecture on New Discovery Reporting and Research Valuation

The Research Administration Division, Research and Innovation Institute, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), organized a special lecture titled "Techniques for Writing New Discovery Reports and Valuation of Research and Innovation, and Understanding the TRIUP Act" on January 7, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Kham Mok Luang Conference Room, M Square Building, 5th Floor, Mae Fah Luang University.
The event began with a project briefing by Mr. Karnkoon Bamrungchat, Head of the MFU Research Administration Division, Research and Innovation Institute, and was officially opened by Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of MFU.

The lecture aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of new discovery notification procedures under the Thailand Research and Innovation Utilization Promotion Act B.E. 2564 (TRIUP Act), while supporting faculty members, researchers, and interested staff in preparing new discovery reports. It also sought to strengthen participants’ understanding of systematic approaches to research and innovation valuation.

Assistant Professor Dr. Akarawit Kanchanaopart served as the keynote speaker, delivering lectures on "Techniques for Writing New Discovery Reports and Developing Research and Innovation Utilization Plans" and "Valuation of Research and Innovation and Understanding the TRIUP Act." The program concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to exchange ideas and share experiences.

This activity forms part of Mae Fah Luang University's ongoing efforts to promote the effective utilization of research and innovation outputs, with the goal of enhancing research capacity, supporting commercial value creation and generating tangible societal benefits.
