ความสำเร็จที่โดดเด่นนี้สะท้อนผ่านความเข้มแข็งของบุคลากรสายวิจัยที่เติบโตขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยในปี 2025 มีจำนวนคณาจารย์ผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 54 ท่าน เมื่อเทียบกับปี 2024 ที่มีจำนวนคณาจารย์นักวิจัยรวม 44 ท่าน ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงพัฒนาการที่ก้าวกระโดดและการขยายตัวของเครือข่ายงานวิจัยที่เป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจการเป็น "มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งการสร้างความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและอนาคตที่ยั่งยืน" (A University for Well-being and Sustainable Future)
