ศูนย์นวัตกรรมสมุนไพรครบวงจร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับ สมาพันธ์เกษตรกรรมยั่งยืนจังหวัดเชียงราย จัดการอบรม "หลักสูตรผู้ตรวจประเมินภายใต้ระบบการรับรองแบบมีส่วนร่วม SDGsPGS" ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้โครงการวิจัย "การขยายผลเทคโนโลยี การเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อและการปลูกขมิ้นชันคุณภาพสูงสู่เครือข่ายเกษตรกรเพื่อรองรับการผลิตในระดับ อุตสาหกรรม" โดยได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยจาก สำนักงานพัฒนาการวิจัยการเกษตร (สวก.) การอบรมจัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 3 - 5 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประดู่แดง 1 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง รวมทั้งการศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ภายในจังหวัดเชียงราย

ในการนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ระวิวรรณ์ เจริญทรัพย์ หัวหน้าศูนย์นวัตกรรมสมุนไพรครบวงจร กล่าวต้อนรับและรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดอบรม, ผศ. ดร.เสถียร ฉันทะ ประธานสมาพันธ์เกษตรกรรมยั่งยืนจังหวัดเชียงราย กล่าวแนะนำสมาพันธ์ฯ

การอบรมในครั้งรนี้ มีหลายกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ คือ เรียนรู้หลักเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน SDGsPGS และการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการรับรองมาตรฐาน, การกรอกข้อมูล MPIC Smart Farm System, กิจกรรมเรียนรู้ระบบสารสนเทศเครือข่ายเกษตรอินทรีย์ หรือ Organic Agricultural Network (OAN), กิจกรรมฝึกปฏิบัติการลงข้อมูลในระบบ OAN, การนำเสนอผลการตรวจแปลง ผ่านระบบ OAN, การประชุมวางแผนการตรวจแปลงและการรับรองมาตรฐาน SDGsPGS, ทั้งยังมีกิจกรรมการลงพื้นที่แปลงปลูกและเก็บข้อมูล ณ พื้นที่เครือข่ายเกษตรกร อำเภอแม่ลาว จังหวัดเชียงราย เพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์ในพื้นที่จริงอีกด้วย

MFU and Chiang Rai Sustainable Agriculture Confederation Host "SDGsPGS Auditor Training" to Empower Farmer Networks

The Medicinal Plant Innovation Centre (MPIC) of Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Chiang Rai Sustainable Agriculture Confederation, organized the "SDGsPGS Participatory Guarantee System Auditor Training Course." This initiative is a key component of a research project focused on upscaling high-quality turmeric cultivation through tissue culture technology to support industrial-scale production, funded by the Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) or ARDA.

The three-day program, held from May 3 – 5, 2026, at Mae Fah Luang University, was officially opened by Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President. Associate Professor Dr. Rawiwan Charoensup, Head of MPIC, delivered the welcome address and reported on the training objectives, while Assistant Professor Dr. Sathian Chanthy, President of the Chiang Rai Sustainable Agriculture Confederation, provided an insightful introduction to the confederation’s mission in promoting sustainable farming.

The training featured a comprehensive curriculum designed to bridge advanced technology with local expertise. Participants engaged in intensive sessions on mastering SDGsPGS standard criteria and essential data collection for certification. This was complemented by practical workshops on the MPIC Smart Farm System, and the Organic Agricultural Network (OAN) information system, where attendees gained hands-on experience in digital data entry and plot inspection reporting. To conclude the program, the group conducted field visits to collect real-world data at farmer network sites in Mae Lao District, Chiang Rai Province, ensuring a deep understanding of practical implementation in the field. This collaboration highlights MFU’s dedication to agricultural innovation and its role in fostering strong networks to elevate local farming practices to meet global industrial standards.
