จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2542 และคู่มือแนวทางการยื่นคำขออนุญาตตามมาตรา 52 และ 53 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2542”

ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2542 และคู่มือแนวทางการยื่นคำขออนุญาตตามมาตรา 52 และ 53 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2542” เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 – 12.00 น. ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ Zoom Meeting เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช และแนวทางการดำเนินงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

ในการนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย กล่าวเปิดโครงการอบรม พร้อมทั้งได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณวราภรณ์ ทองพันธ์ จากสำนักคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช กรมวิชาการเกษตร เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อเกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช พ.ศ. 2542 มาตรา 52 และแนวทางการยื่นขอใบอนุญาตจดแจ้งตามมาตรา 52 และ 53 รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและซักถามข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านพันธุ์พืช

ทั้งนี้ มีคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย บุคลากร และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมการอบรม จำนวน 46 คน โดยผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยและการขออนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพันธุ์พืชได้อย่างเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย

อีกทั้งกิจกรรมดังกล่าวยังสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้แก่

SDG 15 การใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรชีวภาพอย่างยั่งยืน

SDG 16 การส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานภายใต้กฎหมายและธรรมาภิบาลที่ดี

The Research Administration Division, Mae Fah Luang University, organized a workshop entitled “Plant Variety Protection Act B.E. 2542 (1999) and Guidelines for Applying for Permission under Sections 52 and 53 of the Plant Variety Protection Act B.E. 2542 (1999)” on Monday, 25 May 2026, from 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom Meeting. The workshop aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of plant variety protection laws and relevant research practices in compliance with legal requirements

On this occasion, Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, Head of the Research Administration Division, delivered the opening remarks for the workshop. The event also featured Ms. Waraporn Thongphan from the Plant Variety Protection Office, Department of Agriculture, as the guest speaker. She delivered lectures on Section 52 of the Plant Variety Protection Act B.E. 2542 (1999) and the guidelines for applying for notification licenses under Sections 52 and 53. In addition, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss questions regarding plant variety protection practices

A total of 46 lecturers, researchers, staff members, and related personnel participated in the workshop. Participants gained practical knowledge and guidelines that could be applied to research activities and permission applications related to plant varieties in accordance with legal requirements
