Thailand RISE Fund เปิดวิสัยทัศน์แผนด้าน ววน. พ.ศ. 2571–2575 พลิกโฉมเศรษฐกิจและสังคมไทยให้เติบโตอย่างสมดุลและยั่งยืน

Thailand RISE Fund (กองทุน ววน.) โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) ได้จัดการรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อ (ร่าง) แผนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (ววน.) พ.ศ. 2571–2575 เมื่อวันที่ 24 มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา โดยมีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา นักวิจัย และภาคประชาสังคมเข้าร่วมให้ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนให้มีความสมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น

ข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาระบบวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมของประเทศในระยะ 5 ปีข้างหน้า ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ของแผนด้าน ววน. พ.ศ. 2571–2575 ที่มุ่งสร้าง

“ระบบ ววน. ไทยที่เป็นเอกภาพและเป็นพลังขับเคลื่อนหลักของประเทศ สร้างผลกระทบที่จับต้องได้ต่อเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม ตั้งแต่ฐานรากชุมชน สู่ความสามารถแข่งขันในเวทีโลก เพื่อพลิกโฉมเศรษฐกิจและสังคมไทยให้เติบโตอย่างสมดุลและยั่งยืน”

โดยขับเคลื่อนผ่านกรอบแนวคิด RISE

ความพร้อมอนาคตและความมั่นคง

ระบบนิเวศ ววน. ที่ทำให้ทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นได้

สกสว. ขอขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่ร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นและมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาระบบ ววน. ของประเทศ โดยข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะถูกนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงแผน เพื่อให้แผนด้าน ววน. ฉบับนี้เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่การเติบโตอย่างสมดุล ยั่งยืน และสามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับโลก

Thailand RISE Fund Unveils Vision for Thailand’s SRI Plan 2028–2032 to Drive Sustainable and Balanced National Growth

Thailand RISE Fund, administered by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), has completed a public consultation on the Draft Science, Research and Innovation (SRI) Plan 2028–2032. The consultation, held on 24 June 2026, brought together views and recommendations from government agencies, the private sector, higher education institutions, researchers and civil society organisations, providing valuable input to further strengthen and refine the draft plan.

The feedback received will play an important role in shaping the direction of Thailand’s science, research and innovation system over the next five years. The plan is guided by the vision of creating “a unified SRI system that serves as a key driving force for the nation, delivering tangible economic, social and environmental impacts from the community level to global competitiveness, while transforming Thailand’s economy and society towards balanced and sustainable growth”.

The plan is underpinned by the RISE framework:

R – Reignite Thailand through Technology & Innovation

Harnessing technology and innovation to unlock Thailand’s full potential.

I – Invest in People, Society & Sustainable Future

Investing in people, strengthening society and building a sustainable future.

S – Strengthen Thailand for Tomorrow’s Challenges

Enhancing national resilience and preparedness for future challenges.

E – Empower Every Thai through Science & Innovation

Enabling all Thais to benefit from science, research and innovation.

The plan will advance four strategic priorities:

Economic Growth and National Competitiveness

Opportunity, Inclusion and Quality of Life

Future Readiness and National Security

An SRI Ecosystem That Makes It All Possible

TSRI extends its appreciation to all stakeholders who contributed their views and participated in shaping the future direction of Thailand’s science, research and innovation system. The recommendations received will be incorporated into the next stage of plan development, ensuring that it serves as an effective mechanism for driving sustainable growth, enhancing competitiveness and improving quality of life across the country.
