วันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ห้อง Lotus Suite 1–2 ชั้น 22 บางกอกคอนเวนชันเซ็นเตอร์ เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ กรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ร่วมกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ได้จัดงานเปิดตัวนักวิจัยอาวุโส “ศาสตราจารย์วิจัยดีเด่น วช. และเมธีวิจัยอาวุโส วช. ประจำปี 2569” ระหว่างเวลา 09.00–12.00 น. พร้อมทั้ง เมื่อวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นผู้มอบทุนใน พิธีแสดงความยินดีแก่นักวิจัยศักยภาพสูง ศาสตราจารย์วิจัยดีเด่น วช. และเมธีวิจัยอาวุโส วช. ประจำปี 2569

ทุนส่งเสริมกลุ่มวิจัย (เมธีวิจัยอาวุโส) วช. เป็นทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยอันทรงเกียรติที่มอบให้แก่นักวิจัยอาวุโสชั้นนำของประเทศ ผู้มีศักยภาพสูงและมีผลงานวิจัยเป็นที่ประจักษ์ในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ การได้รับทุนอันทรงเกียรตินี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเท และความเชี่ยวชาญของ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพสูงและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรของประเทศไทย

ภายในงาน ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน ได้แถลงเป้าหมายและประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับจากงานวิจัย ภายใต้โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง “แหล่งโปรตีนใหม่ในอาหารสัตว์และมนุษย์เพื่ออนาคต” (Novel Protein Sources for Animal Feed and Human Food for the Future) ซึ่งดำเนินการโดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน และคณะ สังกัดสำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับสถาบันคู่ความร่วมมือ โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาแหล่งโปรตีนทางเลือกที่ยั่งยืนเพื่อรองรับความต้องการด้านอาหารของโลกในอนาคต

ในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมแสดงความยินดีและมอบดอกไม้แสดงความยินดีแก่ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน อันเป็นการแสดงถึงความภาคภูมิใจของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีต่อความสำเร็จของนักวิจัยในครั้งนี้ พร้อมทั้งยังได้เยี่ยมชมบูธนิทรรศการของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ณ งาน Thailand Research Expo 2026 สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญที่มหาวิทยาลัยให้แก่การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมนักวิจัยสู่ความเป็นเลิศในทุกระดับ

MFU Senior Research Scholar Prof. Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen Shares Vision, Receives Congratulations from NRCT Director and MFU Vice President

On June 25, 2026, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in collaboration with the Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), hosted the official launch event for the "2026 NRCT Distinguished Research Professors and Senior Research Scholars." The event took place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lotus Suite 1–2, 22nd Floor, Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, Bangkok.

This followed an earlier ceremony on June 22, 2026, where Prof. Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen was officially presented with the award by Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, during the high-potential researchers' congratulatory ceremony.

The Research Administration Division of Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) extends its warmest congratulations to Prof. Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen, a distinguished professor and researcher from the School of Agro-Industry, on receiving the prestigious 2026 NRCT Research Group Promotion Grant (Senior Research Scholar). During the launch event, Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Director of the NRCT, also personally expressed her congratulations to the honored high-potential researchers.

???? Vision for the Future: Sustainable Novel Proteins

During the event, Prof. Dr. Saroat presented the vision, objectives, and anticipated benefits of his flagship research project titled:

"Novel Protein Sources for Animal Feed and Human Food for the Future"

This project is being spearheaded by Prof. Dr. Saroat and his team at the School of Agro-Industry, MFU, in collaboration with partner institutions. The study focuses on developing sustainable alternative protein sources to meet the rising global food demands of the future.

On this special occasion, Prof. Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, attended the event to present a congratulatory bouquet to Prof. Dr. Saroat, symbolizing MFU's immense pride in his milestone achievement.
